* For multi-family properties the fee is $395 for the first unit plus $200 for each additional unit.  For example if you have a fourplex, your listing fee would be $995 ($395+$200+200+$200).

For a small $395 flat fee* we will list your home in the Realtors® Multiple Listing Service, and advertise it on high traffic real estate listing websites like Realtor.com®, utahrealestate.com, and more. We even provide you with professional real estate forms and disclosures.  You can also choose from a variety of additional services to better meet your needs.

Buyers and their Agents will contact you directly, you will be in complete control of all contract negotiations, and will be responsible to take the transaction to closing. 

You only pay the Buyer's Broker commission if an agent sells your property, traditionally 2% to 3% (you choose the percentage). 
You always reserve the right to sell yourself and pay no commission.
