How the Program Works:

Obtain a rebate of up to 1%* of the purchase price of your house. Below is the process. Please review and approve our rebate conditions prior to proceeding.

1. Call Us and provide the basic information about what you want in a home.
2. We will provide you with the information on properties that are available on the market and meet your criteria.
3. We will also send you e-mail alerts, so you can find out immediately when a new listing meets your criteria.
4. Drive by the properties that you find interesting (if there is a real estate agent at the property, you must tell them that Utah Discount Realty is your buyer broker the first time you meet with them or they may not provide the 3% co-op to us)
5. Select the ones you want to see inside and contact us
6. We make appointments and show you the interior of the home
7. We help you determine appropriate values of your offer
8. We make offer/negotiate on your behalf and manage the process to closing (escrow, pest control, title, home inspection, loan process, closing)
9. You get rebate* at closing

*In order to qualify for a rebate from Utah Discount Realty, when visiting open houses, new housing tracks or calling other brokers, you should always mention that you are represented by Utah Discount Realty. The rebate described on this website is based on a standard 6% agency fee agreement. To the extent the agency fee agreement is less than 6%, the rebate will be adjusted proportionately, subject to 2% minimum commission to Utah Discount Realty.
