We provide you with real estate forms and disclosures, and list your home in the MLS.  You can choose from a variety of additional services to better meet your needs.  

You will be in complete control of all contract negotiations, and will be responsible to take the transaction to closing. 

* The fee is paid at the time of signing the listing agreement.
