Utah Discount Realty is a real estate brokerage firm whose primary goal is to save buyers and sellers money on costly real estate transactions,  more specifically on real estate commissions.

Commission rates at most brokerage firms are between 6% and 7%.  Utah Discount Realty has several different programs for buyers and sellers to save thousands of dollars. 

When you buy a home or any other property from us, you can save up to 1% off the sales price in the form of a rebate of our commission.  It  may not sound like much, but 1% of $200,000 is $2,000!    Click here to see more details.

If you are selling a home, we offer a $395 Flat Fee MLS Input!  If you want us to handle all of the aspects of the transaction, we also offer Discount Listing Commission... but of course, at a big discount over many brokerages (You total commission is going to be 4% with only 1% going to Utah Discount Realty).

We are able to offer such low flat fee listing, discount commissions, and buyers rebates because we keep our overhead very low.  We believe in substance over style.   Unlike other brokerage firms, we want you to keep your hard earned equity instead of contributing toward plush offices, extravagant cars, and needless advertising and self promotion, which many brokerage firms believe in.  In fact, all the agents who are currently affiliated with Utah Discount Realty all work from their home.  This way all the savings are passed on to you.
